         Murgh Cholay
        Ingredients:
  • Chicken - cut in pieces
  • Onion - 2 Sliced
  • Boiled Chick Peas - 2 Cups
  • Ginger / Garlic -1 Tsp
  • Salt -1 Tsp
  • Yogurt - 1/2 Cup
  • Chili Powder - 2 Tsp
  • Haldi - 1/2 Tsp
  • Garam Masala -1 Tsp
  • Green Peppers - chopped
  • Cloves - 2
  • Choti Illiachi - 2
  • Black Pepper - 5
  • Cinnamon - 1 Stick
  • Coriander Leaves 1/2 Bunch
  • Ginger Sliced      
      
      Instructions: 

  1.  Heat oil and fry onions to a light golden then remove and crush.
  2. Mix with yogurt.
  3. Add masalas to oil and fry by sprinkling little water than add curd & onions.
  4. Add chicken and cover, cook till tender. 
  5. Add your boiled chick peas and cook for 5 minutes. 
  6. Add chopped coriander, green chillies, sliced ginger and all garam masala.
  7. Done.
