Murgh Cholay
Ingredients: - Chicken - cut in pieces
- Onion - 2 Sliced
- Boiled Chick Peas - 2 Cups
- Ginger / Garlic -1 Tsp
- Salt -1 Tsp
- Yogurt - 1/2 Cup
- Chili Powder - 2 Tsp
- Haldi - 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala -1 Tsp
- Green Peppers - chopped
- Cloves - 2
- Choti Illiachi - 2
- Black Pepper - 5
- Cinnamon - 1 Stick
- Coriander Leaves 1/2 Bunch
- Ginger Sliced
Instructions:
- Heat oil and fry onions to a light golden then remove and crush.
- Mix with yogurt.
- Add masalas to oil and fry by sprinkling little water than add curd & onions.
- Add chicken and cover, cook till tender.
- Add your boiled chick peas and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander, green chillies, sliced ginger and all garam masala.
- Done.
